New Project

We're working on a new series of art prints, of which there are at least 26 in the works. This is a test print of the first printing session, there are 5 colors on this particular print, it looks like there will be at least that many on the final edition, though they will be different.

Flatland is finally moving

We got a new (old) home last summer, but we are just now getting around to setting up the studio in our garage. The first thing is the scrap wood wall, which is coming along. Next thing is the washout booth and then PRINTING. We've got 26 prints coming in the first half of the year, with the art for 4 completed. We're going to be opening our space to the public soon, we'll call it the Art Studio (AS) for now. We'll have screen printing workshops, drawing sessions and open studios 2-5 times per week. Memberships will be available and discounts on everything will be given to current members. Not sure on the final prices, but it'll be a deal. We're looking for community more than money and we'd like to give artists, recent art grads and others interested, a place to draw, print, etc, without having to buy all of the equipment we already have. If you'd be interested in knowing more, leave a comment or drop us a line at hello(at)flatlandkitchen(dot)com.

INDYCOG!!!

Go to INDYCOG and buy the poster we made for them. It supports a great local bicycle advocacy group and gets you a very limited edition print made by our four hands. The link is here. They're great people and they do a wonderful job of allowing cyclers' voices to be heard in Indianapolis. Support them. Dammit.

We found one!
